Scrappers x Joseph Harmon – Owl’s Surf Club Figures (3.26 – 3.31)

  

In the flow with his Hawaiian digs, Justin ‘Scrappers’ Morrison has teamed up with Joseph Harmon to release a duo of new wave ridin’ figures, El Capitan and Owl Kahanamoku.  Drawn from Scrappers’ Owl’s Surf Club book created his for son and sculpted/cast by Harmon,  the new resin figures are bound for the endless summer with their boards at the ready. Owl is a traditionalist with the long board while El Capitan has a modern, smaller ride (yes, I just exhausted my surfing expertise).    Adding to the hand-crafted aesthetic, both artists hand-painted three paired custom sets featuring the Capitan and Owl.  Look for them to drop via the web  from Scrappers’ The Department of Awesome, one set per day, from Monday March 26th through Saturday the 31st.
